There are various things which can cause interfere with your TV signal. Some common causes are Faulty Antenna, Incorrectly Installed Antenna, Incorrect Antenna for Your Location, Damaged Cables and many more. It is very difficult to diagnose an issue without specialised equipment, therefore we recommend that you contact us to organise for a trained technician to identify and resolve your issue.

Firstly check that both ends of the TV cable are securely connected to your TV and the wall socket. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, the best solution is to contact us and organise for a technician to diagnose the issue.

Yes, you can have as many TV’s connected, as you like. There are extra charges however for additional connections.

The optimum location can vary drastically, therefore a technician will need to assess the specific site and perform a signal test with specialised equipment. Only then will they be able to determine the best location, taking into consideration signal quality, signal strength and cable length/distance to the TV or AV equipment.

The short answer is no. Different regions of the country transmit free-to-air TV on different frequencies, therefore not all antennas are made the same. There are a variety of shapes and sizes which are used specifically for certain region, which enable the antenna to pick up only certain frequencies (reducing interference) and vice versa.

Our skilled technicians will know which antenna is best suited for your location.

Simply put, Digital TV is better. It provides a better quality picture, better sound, allows for more channel, not prone to fading, snow, ghosting and more.

Digital antennas are less obtrusive due to the smaller footprint. They also have a growing channel avaliability, while analog stations are being slowly phased out.
